Mallorca scored first through Martin Valligent in the 11th minute, while Kylian Mbappé and Jacobo Ramon scored Real Madrid's goals in the 68th and 95th minutes.
Barcelona needed Real Madrid to stumble in this match to officially win the Spanish League title.
The Blaugrana now need to win against Espanyol in today's match, Thursday, to clinch the title.
Real Madrid is in second place with 78 points, while Barcelona leads with 82 points, with two rounds remaining.
