A press report on Monday indicated that Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo, a player for the Saudi Al-Nassr team, proposed to the club's management to sign Colombian Luis Diaz, a player for Liverpool, during the current summer transfer window.

Ronaldo, 40, signed a two-year contract with Al-Nassr until June 2027.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Sport", Ronaldo suggested to Al-Nassr's management to sign Liverpool player Luis Diaz.

She indicated that Liverpool would not let the player go unless they received €100 million to sell him during the current transfer window.

She concluded that Al-Nassr must overcome both Barcelona and Bayern Munich to secure the player's services.

It is noteworthy that Al-Nassr finished the Saudi League championship last season in third place with 70 points.
